The list outlined below will give you the best possible results with your photos, tours, videos, and panoramas.

  • Hide all clothing near entry ways

  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, floors

  • Dust glossy surfaces

  • Clean all glass

  • Night shots – open all curtains and blinds

  • Day shots – close all curtains and blinds

  • Turn on every light possible

  • Turn off celling fans

  • Place pets in kennels & cages

  • Clean granite surfaces

  • Try to hide cables & cords

  • Pick up pet waste inside and out

  • Pick up things lying around inside and out.

  • Clearly mark hazards in and around your property

  • Unlock back gates or different places that may need to be accessed

  • Turn off all TVs screens and computer displays

Although its not required, planning a 1.5 hr outing during the time of photo shoot is preferable.

Not picking up animal waste along with un-sanitary conditions will be a cause for rebooking photo shooting appointments.
